Ruby Valley Community Picnic & Hike - July 12th, 2014

Christ Church will be sponsoring a hike and picnic at Branham Lakes on Saturday July 13th at 11am. This event is open to the whole community. Hot dogs, chips, and bottled water will be provided and any other dishes people may want to bring are certainly welcome! We will have a spot (there will be a sign indicating our site) at the Branham Lakes camp ground. There will be a hike around the lake as well as a a hike to the meadow and most likely up to the ridge for those interested. Relax around the campfire and bring your comfy chairs. Plan on it taking close to an hour to get up to the Branham Lakes campground. Those needing a ride will be asked to meet at Christ Church at 10am. Please call 406-596-7387 before July 11th if you would like a ride so we'll have enough vehicles to do so.Those who will be getting a ride up can expect to be down from the hills by 3pm. Due to limited parking at the campground, the USFS encourages carpooling. Hope you can make it!
